摘    要:以一台31500k VA自然油风冷变压器为仿真对象,应用控制体积法仿真计算变压器的三维温度场,得到在不同负载、不同环境温度下的热点温度及位置,并将仿真结果与传统计算结果、实验结果进行了对比,得出仿真结果更接近实际值,同时分析了负载、环境温度以及散热器对绕组热点温度的影响,对变压器测温系统有一定的的指导意义。利用是否加散热器仿真不同散热条件,得出在同一绕组的不同位置即相间和正对油箱的位置温度不同,且相间的温度稍高一些,在不同散热条件下,位置略有变化。

Abstract:In this paper, taking a 31500kVA natural wind cooling transformer as the simulation object, and applying control volume method simulation analysis for 3D temperature field of the transformer are obtained. And maximum temperature and position with the different load and the different environmental temperature are gained, meanwhile the simulation results were compared and analyzed with calculated values and experimental values, it is concluded that the simulation results are closer to actual values, and analyze that load, environmental temperature and the radiator effect on the winding hot-spot temperature. This results have certain guiding significance for temperature measurement system of transformer.The simulation result obtain accurately and intuitively vertical temperature distribution in transformer winding, it shows three windings temperature distribution and obvious contrast. And winding hottest-spot are in the top position in the whole winding, and roughly around 80% winding height. Meanwhile by adding the radiator simulate different cooling conditions, it is concluded that temperature for different locations in the same winding (near interphase or the tank) is different, the interphase is a little higher, and for different cooling conditions, hot-spot position changes slightly.
