摘    要:讨论了利用电压和电流采样值直接进行Harr小波变换,从而实现对电压和电流有效值的测量。利用小波变换的方法进行有效值测量的优点在于小波域同时包含了这些交流参数的时—频关系。本文选择Harr小波进行研究的原因是因为其具有良好的时间局部性和简明的解析表达式,而且在窗宽范围内能量泄漏较小。仿真结果表明,在理想采样的情况下(采样过程不存在同步偏差),利用Harr小波变换的方法可以对有效值进行准确的测量。

Abstract:This paper discusses the theoretical basis for rms measurements of power system directly from the Harr wavelet transform data associated with each sampling voltage and current element pair. The advantage of viewing the AC parameters of power system in the wavelet domain is that the domain preserves both the frequency and time relationship of these values. The reason to choose Harr wavelet is that it has excellent time localization performance,concise analytical expression and lower energy leakage on the window scale. Computer simulation result proves that AC parameters measurement using Harr wavelet transform could get the accurate result by the ideal sampling situation, i.e. the synchronous error is zero.
