可互换虚拟仪器的体系结构

摘    要:近年来,虚拟仪器技术在快速发展的计算机、微电子和数字信号处理技术的推动下取得了长足发展。但是由于现代自动测试系统的复杂度不断增加,同时对系统测试性能的要求也越来越高,目前已有的虚拟仪器软件标准已不能完全解决用户对系统性能、仪器可互换性等方面的要求。由可互换虚拟仪器联盟制订的“实现仪器可互换性的软件标准”大大节省了用户在测试系统开发和长期维护上投入大量的时间和资金,呈现出很好的发展前景。

Abstract:In recent years the virtual instruments have developed greatly impelled by the rapid development of computer,microelectronics and DSP technique.However,the existing virtual instruments software standards have not completely meet new challenges to system performance and instruments interchangeability because of the increasing complexity of au-tomatic test system and requirements to the high-performance efficient system.The inter-changeable virtual instruments foundation defines standards for instrument driver software based on the specifications of VXI plus&play and SCPI to address the instruments in-terchangeability.Owing to increasing test system performance and decreasing the long-term maintenance costs,better vistas of the interchangeable are expected.
