摘    要:信号完整性理论在高速数字电路设计中日益被重视,阻抗匹配在信号完整性理论中占有重要地位。本文简介阻抗匹配影响信号完整性的原因,并结合实际电路设计阐述使用LineSim软件有效设计阻抗匹配电路的方法。仿真结果表明,应用LineSim设计阻抗匹配电路能够改善数字电路信号完整性,并且提高设计效率。

Abstract:Signal integrity theory is gaining increasing attention in high speed digital circuit design, impedance matching plays an important role. This paper explains how the impendence matching affects the signal integrity and illustrates an effective impedance matching design with LineSim. Simulation results indicate that the impedance matching circuits design by LineSim improves the circuit signal integrity with greater efficiency.
