摘    要:随着国家电网公司确立的电力用户用电信息采集系统"全覆盖、全采集、全费控"目标的逐步实现,电力系统中运行的采集终端数量大幅激增,从而使采集的电力系统数据信息量呈几何级数增长。面对海量的用电数据,当前用电信息采集系统在多个方面出现瓶颈。文中通过分析当前作为解决大数据存储、分析、计算、管理有效手段的云计算技术,结合当前用电信息采集系统所遇问题,研究了云计算在电力用户用电信息采集系统中的应用前景及面对的挑战,对未来电力用户用电信息采集系统的建设和发展有指导意义。

Abstract:As the State Grid Corporation of China is improving the Power User Electric Energy Data Acquisition System so that it can collect all necessary electric energy information from all power consumers, the number of acquisition devices is increasing sharply with large amounts of data flooding into the system. Current Power User Electric Energy Data Acquisition Systems have met many bottlenecks. To find effective solutions for these problems, this paper first examines the architecture and demand of Power User Electric Energy Data Acquisition Systems. And, then, by further analyzing advanced technologies in Cloud Computing, which is a highly effective approach for processing Big Data, research about the utilization of Cloud Computing technology for improving Power User Electric Energy Data Acquisition Systems, and related challenges, are carried out. The work of this paper can provide guidance for construction of future Power User Electric Energy Data Acquisition Systems.
