摘    要:基于对输电网节能指标体系的研究,提出了适用于电网的静态、动态和技术经济分析的综合能效评估方法。首先梳理了与能效相关的国内外先进标准,构建了涵盖电网规划、设备参数和设备运行状态等评价指标的指标体系。然后应用层次分析法(The Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),将各指标间的相对重要性,采用1~9比例标度构造出判断矩阵,准确计算出了各个能效指标的权重系数。然后结合各单项指标状态值,得到被评估输电网的综合能效分值。最后根据综合分值,确定输电网能效等级,从而找出输电网能效的薄弱环节。并运用该评估方法对某输电网进行了能效评估。
