| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了基于异或门的相位差测量方法和基于近似直线的相位差测量方法，然后介绍了两种基于DSP的测量方法。通过比较这几种相位差的测量方法，分析了各种测量方法的优缺点和影响测量精度的原因。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses two measurement methods for the phase shift measurement, one is based on the exclusive-or gate, the other is based on the approximate straight-line; then introduces two measurement methods based on DSP. Also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all methods, and the effect for their accuracy. |
