摘    要:针对电能表现有方案存在的不足和当前电能表市场面临的挑战,采用全SOC方案设计了一款高精度、低成本、低功耗的单相智能电能表。该电能表采用SOC芯片MSP430F6736作为控制核心,通过SOC芯片内置A/D和硬件乘法器模块以及相应的数学计算实现了高精度测量和电能计量功能,利用SOC内置RTC模块和温度传感器实现了带温度补偿的日历/时钟功能,利用SOC内置LCD驱动器实现了液晶显示,最后依托于SOC内部强大的CPU和相应的功能模块实现了数据储存、负荷曲线、事件记录、负荷控制、RS485通信等功能。实验结果表明,所设计的电能表完全能够满足国家电网的1级单相智能电能表技术规范要求,且性价比高,具有广阔的市场价值。

Abstract:With pointing out the challenge which the current electrical energy meter market was confronted with, a solution of energy meter based on SOC silicon was introduced, which featuring low cost and high performance. The components and design theory of the system, the hardware design, and the software flow was described in detail. The system applied MSP430F6736 which integrated with management, LCD display, RTC and measurement as the CPU. It provides high accuracy and time sharing measurement, LCD display, data storage, load and event record, and load control. Besides, it has RS485 communication interface which was used to read measurement data and status information following meter communication protocol. It was proved that this solution could perfectly satisfy the requirement of energy metering. With its high quality-price ratio it has wide market value.
