摘    要:IEC 61850作为智能变电站通信应用的最广泛标准,满足了其对实时性和可靠性的高度要求,然而并未对通信协议的具体实现方法作出定义,从而造成了映射过程的多样化和非标准性。针对常规制造报文规范(MMS)存在的问题,以及通信模型服务器/客户端(C/S)的高耦合性,提出了将应用于分布式通信系统中的数据分发服务(DDS)替代MMS作为变电站应用层具体协议的新观点。DDS采用以数据为中心的发布/订阅(P/S)通信模型,克服了C/S的紧耦合性问题;P/S模型还提供了服务质量策略(Qo S)的支持,提高了通信灵活性。同时DDS定义了全局数据空间,为系统提供了一种简单、直观的方式传输数据,进一步满足了系统对实时性的要求。

Abstract:As the most widely used standard of intelligent substation communication , IEC 61850 satisfies the quite high requirement in real-time and reliable communications , but it does not define the specific communication protocol , which causes difficulties such as variation of mapping and non-standardization .Based on the existing problems of MMS and high coupling model of client/server communication issues during the mapping process .This paper proposes a new view , which is data distributions service applied in the distributed communication system to replace manufacture message specification (MMS)as application layer protocol.Data distribution service (DDS) adopts data-center pub-lish-subscribe communications model , and overcomes the problems about height coupling model between server and client;P/S model also provides the support of QoS and improves the flexibility of communication .Meanwhile , DDS defines global data space , provides a simple and intuitive way to transfer data , and further to meet the requirements of real-time systems.
