基于数据挖掘的智能电能表在线监测方法

摘    要:应用数据挖掘技术提取采集数据中的有用信息,提出一种基于关联规则挖掘的智能电能表在线监测方法,根据采集系统的结构设计了在线监测的实现方式。智能电能表在线监测结构分为传输层和应用层,传输层实时监测电能表的异常运行情况,对数据进行分析后形成故障信息;应用层采用离线运行方式从历史数据库中抽取关联规则,并以在线方式将故障信息转换后进行匹配,实现故障诊断。算例结果表明该方法能够快速、准确的诊断故障结果,实用性强。

Abstract:Interesting Information is extracted from the data acquisition system by data mining technology, a method of smart meter online monitoring based on association rules of data mining is proposed, which the implementation mode is designed according to the structure of data acquisition system.The structure of online monitoring system is composed by transport layer and application layer.The fault information is produced after analyzing the data of the abnormal op-eration status of smart meter using real-time monitoring by the transport layer.Association rules are calculated from the database using offline operation mode by the application layer, and the fault diagnosis is realized using online opera-tion mode by the comparison of the rules and fault information after transition.Results of calculation example indicate that the proposed method is effective and accurate for fault diagnosis, and available for application.
