摘    要:电网的脆弱性问题,作为电网安全问题的深入和扩展,具有重大的研究价值。基于负荷转移系数的电气介数计算方法,考虑"发电机-负荷"节点注入功率对线路潮流的影响,提出了反映当前运行方式下网架参数和运行参数的结构脆弱性评估模型及指标。该模型考虑了无功功率对支路电流的影响,以实际输出的功率作为负荷转移系数的权重,使评估结果更加精确。最后以IEEE 39节点系统为测试算例,求解各节点的结构脆弱性指标并进行排序,对排序靠前的节点分别采用随机攻击和蓄意攻击的连锁连锁故障方式,通过分析在遭受攻击后系统最大连通域的变化,验证了所提评估模型的有效性与优越性。

Abstract:The grid vulnerability , as the extension of safety problem in power system , has great significance to be fur-ther researched .In this paper , according to the calculation method of the electrical betweenness based on load transfer coefficient , considering the influence between the power infused of the generator and load nodes , the structural vulnera-bility assessment model and index are proposed , which reflects the network parameters and operation parameters in the current operating mode .Taking the actual output power as the weight of the load transfer coefficient , the assessment model, which considers the effect of reactive powers makes assessment results more accurate .Finally, a chain of random attack and intentional attack are used to text on the IEEE 39 node system , the paper verifies the effectiveness and supe-riority of the assessment model by the analyzing the changes of the biggest connected region after being attacked .
