风电调频的控制参数选择及其影响分析

摘    要:随着风电在电网中渗透率的提高,友好型风力发电场需要具备类似于同步发电机组的调频能力,为进一步提高系统的频率质量,有必要对风电调频的控制参数及其影响进行深入研究。风电机组的调频主要体现在降低负荷突变初期的频率变化率,同时减小系统稳定后的频率偏差,本文从减载、虚拟惯性、一次调频控制的角度找出了影响调频的控制参数,并定量分析各参数的大小对频率特性的影响。最后建立含风电的三端系统仿真模型,计算了不同的调频控制参数下风电机组的频率特性,仿真结果表明,通过对调频控制参数的合理设置,可有效的提高风电的调频能力,从而提高系统的频率质量。

Abstract:With the increase of penetration ratio of wind power in power grid,it is required for grid-friendly wind farms to participate in frequency regulation.For the further improvement of the frequency quality of the power system,it is necessary to do some research on the controlling parameters of wind power participating in frequency regulation and its impact on the system frequency.The participation of wind power in frequency regulation is aimed at reducing the frequency change rate at the initial stage of the load mutation and frequency deviation in the steady state.In this paper,we find out the controlling parameters affecting frequency regulation from the perspectives of de-loading control scheme,virtual inertia and primary frequency regulation,and the influence of the parameters on the frequency characteristic are analyzed quantitatively.Finally,a simulation model of a three-terminal system with wind plants is established,and the frequency responses under different controlling parameters are calculated.The simulation results show that the reasonable setting of the controlling parameters brings about strong ability in frequency regulation for wind power,therefore,the significant improvement in frequency quality of the power system.
