| 摘 要： | 首先讨论了对IGBT的保护以及对其驱动电路的基本要求，然后基于IGBT集电极退饱和原理，作提供了一个具有完善短路保护功能的IGBT驱动电路。分析及试验结果表明，该电路简单、实用、可靠性高。

| Abstract: | The methods of protection of IGBT and the basic requirements for driving circuit are described. A new circuit of IGBT driving and short-circuit protection with perfect performance is developed. It base on the principle of collector-emitter voltage desaturation. Analysis and experiment results show that the new circuit is simple, reli-able, and of great application value. |
