摘    要:发电机组长期运行在高速、高载荷状态下经常会出现一些意外的、突发性的故障.为了能够完整、准确地捕获到这些故障的前兆信号或者故障发生时的特征信号,本文设计研制了一套基于CPLD和双SRAM的发电机组状态监测系统数据采集卡用以对发电机组进行状态监测.该数据采集卡采用双SRAM交替存储机制,实现了对信号任意长度的连续采样,确保不会造成瞬态数据丢失,提高了监测的可靠性.另外,数据采集卡采用了两片四通道同步采样芯片AD7865,实现了八通道信号的同步采样,可以方便地通过键相信号获取各个测点间的相位关系,为信号分析提供了便利.
