DE类大功率高频逆变器研究与实现

摘    要:提出了一种用于大功率高频感应加热的DE类软开关全桥逆变器,以此减小IGBT的高频开关损耗提高IGBT的工作频率。文章对DE类全桥逆变电路进行分析,并将电路分为四个状态,分别对每个状态电路和波形进行分析。全桥逆变工作在20 k W、6 0k Hz串联谐振状态下,实验结果证明DE类软开关能实现提高IGBT的工作频率,并将开关损耗控制在合适的范围。

Abstract:In this paper,a kind of class-DE soft switch for high-power and high-frequency induction heating powersupply based on full-bridge inverter is proposed in order to improve the working frequency of IGBT.The proposed class-DE full-bridge inverter circuit is analyzed.The circuit is divided into four states,and the circuit and waveform of each state is analyzed.The experimental results show that the class-DE soft switch can improve the operating frequency of IGBT and control the switch loss in the appropriate range when the full-bridge inverter works in 20 kW,60 kHz series resonant state.
