摘    要:针对电动车铅酸蓄电池SOC预测精度低的问题,给出了一种基于模糊预测技术的蓄电池SOC预测模型,该模型利用电动势和内阻结合预测蓄电池SOC。建立了蓄电池电动势、内阻和SOC的隶属度函数,确定了26条模糊控制规则。仿真结果表明,预测值与实际值相对误差最大为5%左右。在此基础上,设计了以C8051F020单片机为中央处理器的铅酸蓄电池组智能检测系统,该系统具有蓄电池SOC预测,端电压、充放电电流等参数在线检测和数据传输等功能。实际车辆试验结果表明,利用这种SOC预测模型可有效的提高预测精度,系统具有参数检测误差小、数据传输可靠性高等特点,具有很好的应用价值。
