光伏电池数学模型的labVIEW仿真分析

摘    要:针对光伏电池数学模型需要知道一些特定参数,分析研究光伏电池有一定的困难,为此本文提出简化的工程用数学模型。使用LabVIEW搭建所建模型,并模拟光照强度和环境温度的变化对光伏电池输出特性的影响。仿真结果接近光伏组件实际工作特性,验证了建模的有效性。光照强度和温度对光伏电池输出特性影响的测试实验验证了所建模型的正确性,对于光伏阵列建模及光伏电池的研究有理论和实际意义。

Abstract:According to the mathematic model of photovoltaic cell need to know some specific parameters, for there are certain difficulties analysis of photovoltaic battery, this paper presents a mathematical model using the simplified engineering. Using labVIEW to build the model, verification and analysis, and simulate the change of light intensity and the influence of environment temperature on the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells. The simulation results closer to the actual working characteristics of PV modules, validate the modeling.The effects of light intensity and temperature on the output characteristics of photovoltaic battery test experiments, to verify the correctness of the model.The theoretical and practical significance to study the modeling of photovoltaic array and photovoltaic cells.
