摘    要:继电保护系统的隐藏故障是造成电网大停电事故的主要原因之一,智能变电站技术的普及为继电保护故障诊断提供了新的思路和技术手段。在智能变电站结构的基础上,以智能变电站继电保护系统隐藏故障诊断为研究对象,提出了扰动激励下继电保护系统的隐藏故障诊断方法,通过对扰动的分析来判断系统是否存在隐藏故障,并通过算例对该方法的可行性进行验证,其结果表明,该方法可以诊断保护之间的配合,提高继电保护状态识别的实时性。所做研究工作为我国智能变电站的发展提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Hidden fault of relay protection system is one of the main causes of blackouts in power grid. The popularization of intelligent substation technology provides new ideas and technical means for fault diagnosis of relay protection.Based on the structure of Smart Substation and taking the hidden fault diagnosis of relay protection system in Smart Substation as the research object, a hidden fault diagnosis method of relay protection system under disturbance excitation is proposed, the existence of hidden fault is judged by the analysis of disturbance, and the feasibility of this method is verified by an example, the results show that this method can diagnose and protect the system, coordination between them to improve the real-time recognition of relay protection status.The research provides a reference for the development of intelligent substation in China.
