摘    要:本文介绍了目前较流行的VXI、GPIB两种系统的总线特点,根据机载ATE计量系统的特点确定采用VXI—GPIB混合总线方式,并阐述了基于此总线方式的机载ATE计量校准系统的总体设计思想,描述了系统硬件、软件的组成以及设计中的主要技术特点,同时对系统软硬件设计中遇到的技术问题提出了解决办法。该系统设计先进,标准化、自动化、综合化、机动化程度高,具有良好的扩展性与通用性。

Abstract:The characters of VXI and GPIB bus were introduced. According to the characters of aeronautic ATE,We adopted the VXI-GPIB mixed buses. The design idea of the measurement and calibration system used in aeronautic ATE based on this mixed bus was introduced. The main characters, in the design of hardware and software, are described and the methods of settling technological questions are put forward. The system is advanced with high performances of standardization, automation, synthesization and machanization,and the system is excellent practicable and expendable.
