装载机动态称重仪表的设计与实现

摘    要:为提高装载机动态称重系统的精度,在装载机工作装置的动力学模型中加入了车辆行驶加速度,以补偿惯性力对称重结果的影响,完善了动力学模型。提出了动态称重仪表的软硬件设计方案,分别利用磁编码器、压力变送器、加速传感器,测量动臂的俯仰角度、举升油缸的油压及垂直于动臂方向的加速度,传感器信号经滤波处理后根据模型解算出装载的物料重量。实现了装载机动态称重功能及LCD显示、无线传输等扩展功能,并采用实验定标的方法补偿测量误差,经验证系统获得良好的测量精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of loader's dynamic weighing system,the acceleration of the vehicle was added to the dynamic model of loader's working device to compensate for the effects of inertia force,improving the dynamic model.The hardware and software design of the dynamic weighing instrument was proposed,respectively using a magnetic encoder,pressure transmitters and an acceleration sensor to measure the pitch angle of the boom,the pressure of hydraulic cylinder and the acceleration in the vertical direction of the boom.After filtering,these signals were used to calculate the weight of the loaded material according to the model.The function of dynamic weighing and LCD display,wireless transmission and other extensions were achieved.The experimental calibration method was used to compensate the measurement error.The test result shows that the dynamic weighing system can obtain good accuracy.
