基于ZigBee技术低功耗无线温度数据采集及传输

摘    要:提出一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络技术的无线温度数据传输设计方案。结合温度参数采集算法,设计了ZigBee低功耗无线温度数据采集及传输网络节点,以标准Pt100实现温度数据采集,采用掌上智能终端PDA以及上位机计算机对接收数据进行分析处理。结果表明,系统可实现在70m范围内实时传送采集到的温度数据,系统功耗〈20mA,时间同步精度较高,工作状态稳定,能够满足工业环境下的温度数据参数的远程监控。

Abstract:A design strategy of the wireless temperature data acquisition and transmission system based on ZigBee wireless sensor technology is proposed and implemented.The ZigBee wireless sensor network node of system are designed according to the collection algorithm of temperature parameters.A kind of platinum resistor Pt100 is used as the temperature sensor to realize the collection and the transmission of the temperature data,and the data acquired will be ultimately transfer to the mobile terminal PDA(personal digital assistant) and the computer for further analysis and processing.The results show that the system can achieve real-time transmission of temperature data collected in the 70m range,and the system power consumption less than 20mA.And the same time,the system have stable working condition and high precision of time synchronization.The design is able to meet the needs of remote monitoring of the temperature data parameters on industrial environment.
