巨磁电阻效应混频应用研究

摘    要:本文从理论上分析了在无线通信接收系统中,应用巨磁电阻器件加入交变信号,在输出端口得到所加信号与接收信号混频效应的可能,并在实验上验证了该理论的正确性。巨磁电阻器具有可以在较高的频率下工作,增加系统的检测灵敏度和设计的灵活性等特点,广泛应用于弱磁探测领域和无线通讯系统中。

Abstract:This article theoretically analyze the possibility of the mixing of added signals and received signals, when additional alternating signals are added by GMR apparatus in wireless communication system. The theory is also verified experimentally. GMR apparatus has good ability in working in high frequency, increasing the sensibility of detection and flexibility of design. It widely apply to the low-field magnetic sensing and wireless communication.
