摘    要:在工业测控系统中,由于现场环境的复杂性,使得测控信号在强弱电之间转换及传输时极易受到干扰。设计了一种基于光电耦合器隔离的无线数据采集与控制系统。系统以MSP430F5438单片机为核心,现场测量信号通过线性光电耦合器从强电一侧精确传输到弱电一侧,单片机发出的控制信息亦通过光电耦合器进行隔离,现场测控终端与中心控制器采用Zig-Bee技术实现数据的无线传输。系统具有使用灵活、功耗低、抗干扰性强等特点。

Abstract:As the complexity of industrial field environments,the signal transmission between the strong and weak power can easily be interfered with.This paper is designed a wireless data acquisition and control system based on optocoupler isolation.System uses MSP430F5438 microcontroller as the core.The signal through a linear optocoupler transfer from strong side to weak electrical side accurately,MCU control information is also sent through the optocoupler isolation. Use ZigBee technology to transmit data wirelessly between on-site terminal and central controller.System is with the use of flexible,low power consumption,immunity to interference,and so on.
