| 摘 要： | LXI是一种适用于自动测试系统的新一代基于LAN的模块化仪器标准.LXI A类设备在B类设备的基础上增加了LXI硬件触发总线.触发总线是具有8个独立通道的半双工M-LVDS硬件总线.本文介绍了LXI触发总线驱动器工作模式、M-LVDS接口电气特性以及系统拓扑结构等内容.

| Abstract: | LXI is a new instrumentation standard which is suitable for ATS, and based on industry standard Ethernet technology. LXI devices for Class A add the hardware trigger bus according to LXI devices for Class B. The LXI trigger bus interface consists of eight individual hardware channels, with each LXI trigger bus channel using half-duplex M-LVDS. In this paper, the operating mode of driver, electrical characteristics of M-LVDS interface, and the topology configurations were introduced respectively. |
