摘    要:设计了脉冲信号发生器自动测试系统,该系统硬件部分主要由数字示波器、频率计数器、数字多用表、GPIB接口卡、计算机、打印机、电缆等组成,主要完成脉冲信号发生器的频率、脉冲宽度、延长时间和幅度的测试.阐述了基于LabVIEW的自动测试硬件和软件的应用,通过实例讲述如何实现仪器程控和测量结果的处理.与传统测试方法进行了比较,...

Abstract:A automatic test system for pulse generator is proposed in this paper.Its hard ware consists of the digital oscilloscope,frequency counter,digital multimeter,GPIB interface card,computer,printer,cables and other components.The system is used to test the frequency,pulse width,delay of time and amplitude of the pulse signal.The LabVIEW-based automated test hardware and software applications are introduced by an example,which shows how to achieve program-controlled function and measurement results processing.Compared with traditional testing methods,the automatic test system shows its superiority,while it also has reference value for other test systems.
