| 摘 要： | 根据电缆束注入传导敏感度测试的要求和方法,分析了影响其不确定度的各种因素,例如校准夹具,阻抗不匹配等因素,建立了其不确定度分析和评定的数学模型。经分析和计算后,得到不确定度的评定结果,并确定了影响其不确定度的几个主要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on requirement and measurement of CS114,analysis the impact of its various factors of uncertainty,such as the calibration fixture and impedance mismatch.Establish the mathematical model for uncertainty analysis and evaluation.After the analysis and calculation,the result of uncertainty evaluation is given,and get the main factors that impact the uncertainty. |
