基于LabVIEW的雷达自动测试系统

摘    要:为了解决雷达测试中手动测试效率低下、误差率高的现状,本文介绍了一种基于LabVIEW技术的雷达自动测试系统。通过LabVIEW语言编程可以实现对频谱分析仪操作进行软件自动控制。利用全局变量和数据存储技术,LabVIEW可以实现控制参数的实时跟踪显示和测试原始数据文本文件的保存。文中尤其对应用中遇到的难点进行了详细介绍。华东电子工程研究所生产的XXXA雷达的地面集成测试结果表明:该自动测试系统是一种方便且实用的设计,值得推广应用。

Abstract:To resolve the problem of low efficiency and high error rate of manual testing during the radar testing, a special radar autotesting system based on LabVIEW is introduced in this article. Software autocontrol of operation on spectrum analyzer can be realized based on LabVIEW. Using technology of all variables and data storage, LabVIEW can realize real time track and display and text files of original testing data can be saved. In addition, the author also gives a detailed introduction to the difficult points emerged during the application time. The results of ground integrate testing of a three-coordinated radar(XXXA)produced in ECRIEE show that this autotesting system is a convenient and well-applied design, it's worthy of spreading the system in correlative testing.
