基于线阵CCD在线铜包钢线径测量仪的研究

摘    要:在铜包钢线的生产过程中,控制铜层厚度是一个非常重要的工序。为了实时监控铜层的厚度,本文设计了基于线阵CCD(charge coupled device)的在线铜包钢线径测量仪。通过线阵CCD实时地把包含铜包钢线径大小的光学信号转换为相对应的电信号,该信号经滤波放大电路、二值化电路后,送AVR单片机进行信号处理;采用中值滤波方法提取对应的铜包钢线径数据,并能实时检测生产的铜包钢线径是否在预设范围内,超出时给予相应警报。经过试验,该设备能实时监控铜包钢的线径大小。目前,该设备已投入到工业应用中。
