基于C8051F120的六点支撑液压调平控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了1套基于单片机的六点支撑液压调平控制系统,该系统可运用于大型座车平台的自动调平。应用C8051F120单片机中的ADC0进行模拟量的A/D转换,UART0串口进行本地控制,UART1串口进行远程控制。在调平控制算法上采用六点支承静基座液压平台的调平方法,以实现雷达的高精度、快速度调平。本系统能够实现支撑腿落地自动检测,支撑腿自动锁紧、解锁,自动调平,自动撤收,水平监测,远程控制和较强的抗颠覆能力。
