| 摘 要： | 根据圆柱螺纹量规在工业生产中测量的需求，实验验证了三坐标测量机测量圆柱螺纹量规中径测量系统的可行性。首先对圆柱螺纹量规的中径进行了实际测量，其测量结果与螺纹测量仪和卧式测长机两种方法的测量结果进行比对实验，比对结果证明三坐标测量机测量螺纹量规中径的测量结果达到预定的技术要求，得出结论三坐标测量机的测量系统适用于圆柱螺纹量规的中径测量。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of measurement of cylindrical thread gauge, the measurement system for measuring the diameter of cylindrical thread gauge with three coordinate measuring machine is verified. Cylindrical thread gauge diameter was measured, the measurement results of measurement results with two other methods to compare the experimental comparison, the results show that the three coordinate measuring machine screw gauge in the diameter measurement results meet the requirements of a predetermined size measurement technology, so the measurement system of three coordinate measuring machine for cylindrical thread gauge in. |
