摘    要:电动汽车无线充电过程中,磁耦合器原、副边线圈的偏移会导致无线充电系统(WPTS)功率的剧烈波动。为了提升系统输出功率的抗偏移能力,以三线圈方形线圈结构磁耦合器为例,研究了非谐振的电容补偿参数选择方法并提出了基于品质因数的控制策略,降低了工程应用中的控制难度。设计并研制了一台3 kW样机进行了实验验证,结果表明采用所提控制策略,在横向偏移距离小于250 mm和纵向偏移距离小于100 mm的情况下,WPTS输出功率均大于3 kW,输出功率的波动小于1 kW,效率仍高于90%。

Abstract:In the process of wireless charging system of electric vehicles, the offset of primary and secondary coils of magnetic coupler may leads to serious power fluctuation of WPTS(Wireless Power Transfer System). In order to improve the misalignment tolerance ability of the output power of WPTS, taking a three-coil magnetic coupler with square structure as an example, the selection method of capacitance compensation para-meters under incomplete resonance condition is studied, and a quality-factor-based control strategy is proposed, which simplifies the control difficulty in the practical application. A 3 kW prototype is designed and developed for experimental validation. The results show that, when the lateral offset distance is less than 250 mm and the vertical offset distance is less than 100 mm, with the proposed control method, the output power of WPTS is always greater than 3 kW, the fluctuation of the output power is less than 1 kW, and the system efficiency can be kept more than 90%.
