| 摘 要： | 通过短信息服务(SMS)实现配电网的远程抄表系统具有投资省、免维护和传输可靠性高的优点。讨论了远程抄表系统中通过PC机控制手机读取、发送短信,其中包括数据线的连接、短消息指令和编码、AT指令的分析,并且提供了VB控制短信发送、接收示例程序。远程抄表系统的实际应用效果良好。

| Abstract: | Remote metering system based on GSM has merits of less investment,maintenance-free and higher transmission reliability.The way to receive and transmit short message via handset controlled by PC is discussed.The data line connection,short message instructions and coding,AT command analysis are involved.An example program developed with VB to receive and transmit short message is provided.The system runs well in practice. |
