就地无功补偿策略研究及实现

摘    要:讨论了就地无功偿控制策略,设计了适用于低压电力网的三相不对称就地无功补偿装置。该装置采用静止式电容补偿的方法,按分级投切电容的方式工作。选择多物理量(电压、电流和相位)作为投切依据。给出了相应的投切电容的计算公式。介绍了含有谐波成分的一般电路有关物理量的测量方法,选用AD公司的RMS-DC转换器件设计了三相电路的电压、电流真有效值测量电路。

Abstract:Tactics of field VAR (Reactive Volt Amperes)compensation was discussed.A design plan was presented.The three phase unbalanced field VAR compensation equipment is designed for low voltage power system.It adopts the way of static capacitor compensation and works in the mode of switching on or off the capacitor group according to several physical parameters(voltage,current and phase).The relevant calculating formula is presented.The methods for measuring these physical parameters of general circuits that contain harmonic are studied.The RMS?DC converter of Analog Device Inc.is applied in the measuring circuit to acquire the true root mean square values of voltage and current for three phase power system.
