摘    要:虚拟电厂在调峰辅助服务市场中的交易行为将影响市场的和谐发展,提出考虑交易和谐度的虚拟电厂参与调峰辅助服务市场交易匹配方法。通过分析虚拟电厂的各项历史交易行为和履约行为对调峰辅助服务市场和谐发展的影响,提出虚拟电厂参与调峰辅助服务市场的交易和谐度评估指标;考虑区域低碳减排因素,以交易和谐度最高、电网支付的调峰补偿总费用最低以及调峰碳排放量最小为目标,构建虚拟电厂参与调峰辅助服务市场的多目标交易匹配模型,并采用结合多目标粒子群优化算法和综合隶属度法的多目标优化方法对模型进行求解。仿真算例结果表明,交易和谐度高和碳排放低的虚拟电厂在调峰辅助服务市场中更具有竞争力。

Abstract:The transaction behavior of virtual power plant in the peak regulation auxiliary service market will affect the harmonious development of market, a transaction matching method for virtual power plant participating in the peak regulation auxiliary service market considering the transaction harmony degree is proposed. Through analyzing the influence of various historical transaction behaviors and performance behaviors of virtual power plant on the harmonious development of peak regulation auxiliary service market, an evaluation index of transaction harmony degree for virtual power plant participating in the peak regulation auxiliary service market is proposed. Considering the factors of regional low-carbon and emission reduction, a multi-objective transaction matching model of virtual power plant participating in the peak regulation auxiliary service market is constructed, which takes the maximum transaction harmony degree, minimum peak regulation compensation cost paid by power grid and minimum peak regulation carbon emission as its objectives, and solved by a multi-objective optimization method combining multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and comprehensive affiliation method. The simulative example results show that the virtual power plant with high transaction harmony degree and low carbon emission is more competitive in the peak regulation auxiliary service market.
