| 摘 要： | 提出设备属性的管理思想以及二次设备与一次设备相关联的关联原则．建立二次设备台帐的录入查询环境，包括设备台帐、继电保护图纸、定值单管理等模块。在网页环境下提出了面向设备的工作流程管理，以设备为入口实现缺陷、定检的网络化流程管理。

| Abstract: | The equipment attribute management concept and the relating principles of secondary and primary equipment are presented.The entry and query environment for secondary equipment is set up ,including the management of equipment accounts ,protection drawings and protection settings.The equipment - oriented working flow management in web - page environment is proposed ,which realizes the flow management of defect detection and periodic inspection. |
