摘    要:电-热互联综合能源系统非线性潮流方程的线性化处理是简化电-热互联综合能源系统运行与控制分析计算的一种重要方法。基于偏最小二乘法及最小二乘法对电-热互联综合能源系统的历史数据进行处理,构建热网中节点热功率到管道流量、节点供水温度和回水温度的回归模型以及电网中节点有功和无功功率注入到节点电压相角和幅值的回归模型。结合电-热耦合单元的模型,提出一种基于数据驱动的电-热互联综合能源系统潮流线性化模型,通过历史数据与物理模型的融合克服了传统物理模型的数值稳定性问题。

Abstract:The linearization of nonlinear power flow equations for integrated electricity-heat energy system is an important method to simplify the calculation of operation and control for integrated electricity-heat energy system. The historical data of integrated electricity-heat energy system is processed based on partial least squares method and the least squares method, and the regression models of node thermal power to pipeline flow, node supplying water temperature and returning water temperature in the thermal network and node active and reactive power injection into node voltage phase angle and amplitude in the power grid are constructed. Combined with the electricity-heat coupling unit model, a flow linearization model for integrated electricity-heat energy system based on data-driven is proposed. The fusion of historical data and physical model overcomes the numerical stability problem of traditional physical model.
