摘    要:对分布式能源站(DES)进行综合建模,结合规划与运行2类约束条件,从设备规划与系统运行总体经济最优的角度,提出了一种基于混合整数线性规划的DES配置-运行协同优化方法。通过算例验证表明,提出的方法可在考虑系统全年运行优化的基础上实现DES的选型与定容规划,减少设备配置冗余,降低系统运行成本,并且对于复杂的规划对象具有较高的求解效率。

Abstract:A DES(Distributed Energy Station) model is proposed considering constraints of both planning and operation stages. A coordinated optimization method of configuration and operation based on mixed integer linear programming is proposed to minimize the cost of both planning and operation stages. Numerical results indicate that the proposed approach provides optimal siting and sizing planning strategy of DES considering annual operation costs. Moreover, the proposed approach effectively reduces the redundancy of equipment configuration and the system operating cost, and exhibits high computational efficiency for sol-ving complicated planning problems.
