摘    要:无人值班变电站或边远处设备可以综合应用微机控制技术、数据通信技术、网络技术等进行远程监控。介绍了一种发电厂/变电站遥视系统的设计,整个系统是在传统监控组件的基础上,结合视频压缩、视频矩阵切换主机和画面分割器等一系列新技术开发而成。软件设计采用Client/Server体系结构,用面向对象编程语言VC++6.0实现程序模块化,其中大量采用了网络传输工具WinSock和API函数,通过局域网将视频及数据流传递到远端,经过解压缩后,远端的监控人员能实时监测到本地的各种信息,并及时发出各种控制命令。经实际应用证明该系统实用可靠,开发周期短,稳定性好,性价比高。

Abstract:The remote monitoring for unmanned substation or remote installations integrates computer control technology, data communication technology and network technology together. The design of a remote monitoring system for power plant and substation is introduced, which is developed by using video frequency signal compression, matrix host computer and picture division device based on the traditional monitoring hardware. The software adopts Client/Server architecture and VC++6.0 for realizing the program modularization, in which the network transmission tools WinSock and API function are applied, the video frequency signal and data stream are sent to remote end by LAN. After decompression, the remote monitoring information can be watched in real time by the supervisor, and the control commands issued in time. Its application proves that the system is practical, reliable and stable with high performance price ratio, and the development period is short.
