摘    要:介绍一种利用调度自动化SCADA系统开发完成的电网载波通信监测系统。一般来说,载波监测系统的建立应符合以下两个原则:一是监测系统的成本造价必须低于监测设备;于是监测设备的运行可靠性必须远大于被监测系统的可靠性。在建立监测系统时,对于载波设备相对较集中的220kV站一般容易解决但对于分散在各地的载波设备起先全方位地监测,则有一定难度。而利用现有成熟的SCADA系统对载波设备进行监测,可以很好地解决以

Abstract:The monitoring of power network carrier communication by SCADA system is introduced.Normally,the establishment of carrier monitoring system follows two principles:its cost must be lower than that of monitored devices;and its operation reliability must be far greater than that of monitored devices.For the 220 kV station,which has relatively centralized carrier devices,it is easy to realize,but for the station,which has scattered carrier devices,it is difficult to monitor them wholly.It is a better way to monitor them by the existing SCADA system.
