摘    要:针对高渗透率分布式光伏发电并网造成主动配电网原有保护无法适应的问题,提出计及分布式光伏发电低电压穿越能力的主动配电网保护方法。根据分布式光伏发电低电压穿越控制策略对其故障特性的影响,定性分析了光伏发电故障电流与并网点电压的相位关系,推导主动配电网各馈线电流正序故障分量特征,结合电压信息,提出基于母线故障前电压正序分量与各馈线正序电流故障分量相位比较的保护方法。最后利用PSCAD建立主动配电网系统模型,对所提方法进行仿真算例分析,结果表明该方法正确、有效。

Abstract:Aiming at the protection failure issues caused by distributed PV(PhotoVoltaic) generation with high permeability connecting to AND(Active Distribution Network),an ADN protection scheme considering PV low voltage ride-through capacity is proposed. According to the influence of PV low voltage ride-through control strategy on fault characteristics, the phase relationship between PV fault current and voltage of PCC(Point of Common Coupling) is qualitatively analyzed, and the positive-sequence fault component characteristics of feeders are deduced. Combined with the voltage information, a protection scheme based on phase comparison between pre-fault positive-sequence bus voltage and fault components of positive-sequence currents of feeders is proposed. An ADN simulation model is established by PSCAD to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed protection scheme.
