摘    要:提出了一种孤岛模式运行下的含潮汐发电和电池储能的微电网可靠性评估模型。利用潮汐流速历史数据建立了24个时段潮汐流速分布模型,同时考虑了潮汐流速因季节变化的影响,并结合机组功率输出特性曲线得到机组多状态模型。根据负荷、机组多状态模型和电池储能系统性能参数建立了电池储能系统功率输出模型。在含潮汐发电和电池储能的微电网中应用所提出的模型,评估了其在孤岛运行下的可靠性,验证了模型的有效性。研究表明,电池储能设备性能参数对微电网可靠性影响较大,同时负荷的增长会降低系统可靠性。

Abstract:A reliability evaluation model is presented for the islanded microgrid with tidal power generation and battery energy storage system. A 24-hour tidal current probability distribution model is established based on historical tidal current records. Combined with the unit power output characteristic curve, a unit multi-state model considering the influence of seasonal tidal current variation is built. Based on the load, multi-state model and battery performance parameters, a power output model of battery energy storage system is derived, which is applied to evaluate the reliability of an islanded microgrid with tidal power generation and battery energy storage system, verifying its effectiveness. Research indicates that, the reliability of microgrid is significantly influenced by the performance parameters of battery energy storage system and decreases along with the increase of loads.
