Abstract:In view of the hybrid characteristics of bidirectional ICPT(Inductively Coupled Power Transfer) system and the problem of large current fluctuation during the system startup with the phase-shift control method and the switching between different power transmission modes, the topology characteristics of bidirectional ICPT system with dual LCC-typed compensation topology is analyzed, and each operating mode of bidirectional ICPT system converters is given. Based on the theory of hybrid automata, a hybrid automata model of bidirectional ICPT system is established. The state space equations of the system under different operating modes are derived. According to the relationship between continuous state variables and operating modes, the boundary conditions for switching between different operating modes are determined. On this basis, the control problem of bidirectional ICPT system is transformed into the problem of selecting boundary conditions of system discrete state modes, and a hybrid control strategy is designed. Finally, the system simulation model is built based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the correctness of the modeling and the feasibility of the proposed control strategy. Compared with the traditional phase-shift control strategies, the proposed method can effectively improve the current fluctuation phenomenon during system startup and switching of different power transmission modes, which is conducive to the stable operation of bidirectional ICPT system.
