摘    要:针对变电站之间牵手运动所导致的消弧线圈并联运行问题,提出了利用调度端上位机对牵手网络进行统一控制的全新思想,说明了消弧线圈并联运行估化控制的实现方法,下位机上传消弧线圈的档位、实时运行方式等动态数据及各运行方式下的电容电流等静态数据,由调度端根据优化控制原则进行实时控制达到最优补偿。

Abstract:A new solution is set forth to solve the problems caused by the parallel connection of arc-extinction coils,which utilizes the supervisory computer of dispatch center to control the con-nected networks.The way to realize the optimal control of every arc-extinction coils in connected networks is introduced.The subordinate computers send to dispatch center the dynamic data(the real-time coil setting,operative mode,etc)and static data(the capacitive currents of different opera-tive modes,etc)of substations.The supervisory computer carries out the real-time control to obtain optimal compensation according to the optimal control rules.
