摘    要:在电力市场环境下,有功安全校正必须在确保系统安全的同时,以经济最优为目标,同时体现市场竞争的公平性。分析表明,传统的有功安全校正模型难以适应所有的市场模式和市场规则。在对传统模型的合理性进行分析的基础上,指出了电力市场环境下构造经济安全校正模型的原则,并建立了4类模型。对其中的典型模型的求解策略进行了研究,并设计了新算法。该算法已在实际系统中得到应用,算法效率可以满足实际应用的需要。

Abstract:In a deregulated power system,security correction model should aim at economic opti-mization and embody equality and impartiality to all generators with security constraints taken into consideration.Traditional security correction model may not fit all market models and the correspon-ding operation rules.Based on the analysis of the reasonableness and limitations of traditional model,four new economic security correction models under deregulated environment are presented,for the typical models of which,the optimization strategies are discussed and new algorithm is put forward.The algorithm is proven effective and able to satisfy the requirements of practical applications.The project is supported by National Key Basic Research Special Fund(G1998020311)and Tsinghua University Fundamental Research Fund(JC2002018).
