摘    要:分析了3/2接线完整串中断路器发生断路器拒动和死区故障时保护的动作情况,指出现有断路器失灵保护无法正确切除死区故障。提出一种带有自动重合闸功能的断路器失灵保护,由原失灵回路、电压判别装置控制回路、自动重合闸回路、电压判别回路组成,通过残压-感应电压半周波判别装置对主设备特定时间段的电压进行检测,判断主设备相邻断路器是否发生死区故障,进而决定是否在失灵保护动作跳闸后重合相关断路器使主设备恢复供电。该断路器失灵保护可以在发生死区故障时缩小停电范围。最后以3/2接线完整串中断路器为例,讨论了带有自动重合闸功能的断路器失灵保护的动作过程。

Abstract:The protective performance of circuit middle breaker in the complete 3 / 2 connection mode is analyzed for the trigger-refuse-to-act fault and dead-zone fault,which shows that the existing breaker failure protection can not properly remove the dead-zone fault.A kind of breaker failure protection with autoreclosure is proposed,which is composed of the original breaker failure protection circuit,voltage detection device control circuit,autoreclosure circuit and voltage detection circuit.It tests the voltage of main equipment at specific time by the half-cycle detection device of residual-inductive voltage,judges if there is the dead-zone fault of the breakers adjacent to main equipment and then decides if it is necessary to reclose the relevant breakers for the power restoration of main equipment after the action of failure protection,which reduces the outage area during dead-zone fault.With the middle breaker in the complete 3 / 2 connection mode as an example,the performance of breaker failure protection with autoreclosure is discussed.
