信息技术在继电保护运行管理中的实际应用

结合实际阐述了继电保护运行管理工作的现状，针对当前电网形势表现出的诸多问题和不适应性，创新地将当今成熟的信息网络技术和运行管理实践相结合，建立起继电保护运行管理信息系统，对系统的2个重要组成部分：外部信息管理系统和内部信息管理系统者了详细论述，前者以信息共享为基础，对有效的信息资源进行合理配置，而后者则涵盖了整定计算，定值通知单管理，快速保护投运率统计，故障巡线等继电保护运行管理工作的诸多内容，并对故障录波网，信息发布，小波测距等相关技术问题进行了说明，该系统为继电保护运行的科学化管理提供了有效的技术手段，将更好地为电网的安全可靠运行服务。

IT application to operation management of relay protection

Based on the present state of relay protection operation management and regarding to the problems and inadaptability occurring in current power systems,a relay protection operation management information system is set up.It creatively combines the mature information technologies with the operating management practice.Two parts of the system are discussed in detail:external and internal information management system.The former configures information resources rationally based on the sharing of net information,and the latter includes the setting calculation,the setting requisition management,the operation ratio statistics of instant protection,the fault-line scanning,etc.Some related problems are explained,such as fault-recording net,information issuance,wavelet technologies,etc.The system supplies effective technical means for the scientific management of relay protection operation and better service for the reliable operation of power network.
