摘    要:目前由于用电需求放缓和高生产成本的制约,清洁能源机组发电上网遇到了巨大的挑战,传统供能售能模式不利于热电联产机组的多能协同调度。因此,以浙江XS热电厂为例,针对其在实际生产经营中遇到的问题,提出了园区用户多能直供的运营方式。在此基础上,以热电厂最大经济收益为目标,对机组进行建模和优化调度。通过对比传统模式和多能直供模式优化前后热电厂机组参数和运行情况,证明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Since the generation and grid-connection of clean energy has encountered significant challenges due to the decline of electricity demand and high production costs, traditional energy-supply mode is not conducive to the multi-energy coordinated dispatch of CHP(Combined Heating and Power) unit. Aiming at the problems encountered in the actual production and management of Zhejiang XS thermal power plant, a MEDS(Multi-Energy Direct-Supply) operating mode is proposed for the users of industrial park, based on which, an optimal unit dispatch model with the maximum economic benefit as its objective is proposed for the power plant. The operating data of CHP unit are compared among traditional mode, MEDS mode and optimized MEDS mode, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
