电力系统低频振荡和次同步振荡的阻尼耦合分析

摘    要:电力系统稳定器PSS(Power System Stabilizer)等控制装置在很好抑制低频振荡的基础上.可能会对次同步振荡造成不良影响。从系统阻尼出发,在综合考虑低频振荡和次同步振荡的基础上.将轴系的六质量块模型加入到低频振荡的模型中,实行统一建模,运用小干扰分析法分析PSS加入前后系统的阻尼特性,采用系统部件判别特征根的方法对特征根进行辨识。并就一实例进行了计算分析,所得结论对系统的安全稳定运行有参考价值。

Abstract:Although PSS (Power System Stabilizer) can suppress LFO (Low Frequency Oscillation)very well,it may have ill effect on SSO(SubSynchronous Oscillation). With the consideration of system damping,a uniform mode is built by adding six-mass spring shaft mode to LFO mode. The damping characters of power system with PSS or without PSS are analyzed using small disturbance approach,and the eigenvalues are identified using system component differentiation method. Calculation and analysis are performed to a real example. The conclusion is significant to the security and stability of system operation.
