高压晶闸管阀运行试验方法与试验装置的研究与开发

摘    要:简要论述了各种高压晶闸管阀的运行试验方法(合成试验方法),对现有的用于完成高压晶闸管阀合成试验的各种专用试验装置进行了分析比较.设计了一套用于各种高压晶闸管阀的合成试验装置,包括主电路设计,控制、保护策略研究与系统设计,调试结果证明了合成试验装置的研制是成功的,为我国大功率电力电子技术的研究与开发提供了坚实的试验基础和开发平台.

Abstract:In this paper at first the operational test methods for various high voltage thyristor valves are briefly dissertated, then the existing dedicated test equipments for synthetic test of high voltage thyristor valves are analyzed and compared. On this basis a synthetic test equipment for various high voltage thyristor valves is researched and developed, including the design of its main circuit, research of its control and protection strategy as well as its system design. Commissioning results show that the research and development of this synthetic test equipment are successful and provide a substantial test base and development platform for the R&D of heavy-duty power electronic technology.
