非调谐型相间功率控制器的分析与计算

摘    要:调谐型相间功率控制器(IPC)是一种串联型控制装置,其突出的特点是具有很强的线路有功输送功率控制能力和短路电流限制能力。与调谐型IPC比较,非调谐型IPC体现出具有保持同步能力的不同的有功功率控制特性,而且在不同的运行条件下,可以灵活地设计出具有不同特性的非调谐型IPC。章从性能方面对调谐型IPC以及非调谐型IPC的两个基本方案,即并联电容型IPC和并联电感型IPC做了比较。对一简化电力系统的潮流计算及暂态稳定分析表明,非调谐型IPC能够控制线路输送功率并保持串联线路的同步能力。

Abstract:The tuned Interphase Power Controller (IPC) is a series connected power controller which has outstanding ability to control active power in transmission line and to limit the short circuit current. In contrast to the tuned IPC, the non tuned IPC has different active power control characteristic that possesses the capability to keep synchronization. Furthermore, for different operating environment the non tuned IPC with distinct characteristics can be flexibly designed. In this paper, the performance of tuned IPC is compared with that of two basic projects of non tuned IPC, i.e., the non tuned IPC with shunt capacitance and that with shunt inductance. The results of load flow calculation and transient stability analysis for a simplified power system show that the non tuned IPC can control the transmitted power and keep the synchronizing capability of the transmission line with non tuned IPC connected in series.
